WHAT IF I DID’T RECEIVE ANYTHING, MAYBE I THINK IT’S LOST. HOW CAN YOU SOLVE IT?

  • If there’s no tracking information, we’re liable for sending you a new one or having you fully refunded.

  • If there’s tracking information that says the parcel has already in transit, please try to contact your local post office with the provided tracking # and they’ll give you a response. We will also contact them on our side and if any further updates, we will get back to you asap.

Where can I find the tracking #?

Your tracking # can be found either in your account details or the email we sent to you once we marked your order as shipped. You can check it in your email inbox or spam folder.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE IN MY COUNTRY?

Which shipping carrier you ship with?

Small packages will be shipped via USPS first-class Package Service.

Larger packages (backpacks, waist packs…) will be shipped via Fedex from our China Branch, 2-5 days to arrive in the United States.

Which kind of leather do you use?

Vegetable-tanned leather. Full-grain leather and Crazy-horse leather.

Hong long do you need to process my order?

Generally, for made-to-order items, we need 3-5 business days to finish your order.
